By coincidence or otherwise, the re-appearance of a man who called himself as "Huang Shang" (emperor) in the city today has once again brought windfall to punters who look to him for lucky 4D winning numbers. The date of this checking out of a hotel was drawn as Toto 4D 2nd prize winning number in today's Toto 4D draw.(9/3/2002).

This is the fifth time that number's related to Huang Shang were drawn as 4D winning numbers ever since his appearance in Taman Maluri on the 1st day of Chinese New Year until today. In today's Magnum 4D draw, one set of winning numbers drawn for the consolation prizes was a combination of his car registration number and his age.

After disappearing for several days, the man from Johor was seen in Jalan Alor today again. (According to reports, he gave RM10 note to children and beggars who addressed him as "Huang Shang" and gave a treat to diners in a restaurant in Jalan Alor with abalone dish.) Punters who got wind of his return to KL, bet heavily on 3939 i.e. the date of his reappearance and permutated the number, hoping that a miracle will happen again.

Huang Shang, whose real name is Lee Meng Seng, drew public's attention when he gave away money (RM100) and hand phones to anyone who addressed him as "Huang Shang" in Taman Maluri during the recent Chinese New Year celebration. He stopped giving away these gifts after the 15th day of the Chinese New Year. However, some smart punters made use of Lee's car registration number and his age to bet on 4D game.

On 16th January 2002, 3377 was drawn as the 1st prize winning number of Magnum's 4D draw (permutation of Lee's car registration number). To the surprise of many, 3743 (Lee's car number and age) was also drawn as the 1st prize winning number of Pan Pools 4D draw on the same day.

By right, the interesting episode of Huang Shang should end after he had checked out from the hotel on March 2nd, but it was not so, punters continued to use the date of his check-out i.e. 3232 to place their bet. Believe it ot not, the number was drawn as 3rd prize winning number of Magnum draw last Wednesday.

In today's Toto 4D draw, 2323 was drawn as 2nd prize winning number while 3473 (reverse car number and his age) was drawn as a consolation prize in Magnum's draw, lucky winners were laughing to the bank.

Will 3939 create another miracle in the coming draws? Punters are anxiously waiting for the outcome in the coming 4D draws.
